Day 2

Its snowing like mad! I sure could go for some humid 80 degree weather...just kiddin we had a good day today. Madi has seriously been an angel! She had her 15 month check up today. It went well, here are her stats. She weighs 20 lbs 6 oz (13%) 31 inches tall ( 65%). Dr. Doug said there's no worries that she is only in the 13 percentile for weight, she'll just be tall and skinny. He said she should know 3 words, (I counted 6 that she says). She got 3 more immunizations. It was probably the saddest round she's got yet, but she got a sucker and got over it quick.

She was back to her old smiley self by the time we got back to the car. I noticed she has her left incisor coming in. That will be tooth #5.

We've been spending the rest of the day putting away Xmas decorations and cleaning the house. Madi sat in her bumbo chair for the final time before I put it back in the box. How is she getting so big so fast? She seriously has had those necklaces on ALL day! She's worn them all over the house, to the store, and gma's house-up until she got in the bath. (Sorry I can't get that picture to flip the right way)

When Madi was in the bath she kept looking at the bandaids on her legs and bursting into tears. It was really sad, so we had a good cuddle session to make her feel better. Oh, ya know what I think is really cool? Our baby LOVES indian food. I had leftovers from the other night when we went to Royal India and she was scarfing it down! She has good taste! I'm not sure how indian food and chocolate milk will mix, but I guess I'll find out tonight...
Still waiting to hear that Kent made it safe..he should be there by now but its the middle of the night, so hopefully tomorrow I'll get an email or something.
