We were able to take a quick trip to NYC the end of January to see Little Mermaid on broadway. Kent's really good at spoiling me and was such a good sport to see this show with me. Its relatively new to broadway and took the place of Beauty and the Beast. It was great and met all my expectations. I totally recommend it, and Kent said he really liked it too!

It was unbelievably cold that weekend!! Seriously it was a cold I had never felt before! I felt bad complaining about our winters..Luckily we didn't have to walk too far. We stayed in times square and the show was right around the corner.

We wanted to take the opportunity (Madi-free) to walk through the natural history museum. There is an overwhelming amount of information in that museum and we probably could've used a whole other day to see everything.

The other best part of the trip is we got to see Colin and Kelcey! They came down and had dinner with us one night and then joined us at the museum the next day. Its sad we don't have plans to see them again for so long! I'm going through withdrawals.

Oh ya, we HAD to try carnegie deli while we were there and it really was amazing!! I ordered the best crepes in the whole world! The sad thing is that New York just passed a law to put calories on all of their menus and I really don't want to know

I am so jealous! We love NYC & Carnegie Deli as well (although bummer about putting the calories on the menu...that is definitely not as fun!) What a fun trip - you guys are such a great couple!
