Madi and I just had such a fun long weekend!! Since Kent had his boys trip, me, my mom and Madi went to El Paso to surprise my cute sister for her birthday! I'm so impressed everyone kept it a secret for so long and so excited that she had NO IDEA we were coming! Trent told her he had some studying to do but was really picking us up from the airport. Our flight was a little bit late and Rach thought they were going to a movie. So when it was time to go to the movie and Trent wasn't home, I think she was pretty bummed. But all that flew out the window when he walked into the apartment with Madi. We all cried (even Madi cuz she was freaked about why everyone else was crying.) So we had an awesome weekend of shopping (our favorite past time), eating, and just being together! Rach showed us all around El Paso and even gave us marvelous facials the morning before we left! It was so hard leaving the 75 degree weather to come back to the cold and snow! But it was even harder leaving Trent and Rach! Thanks for such a fun time guys! We love you so much and can't wait to see you again!

that's awesome you were actually able to pull off a surprise. amy did the same for me after i had boston. it was so exciting, i was balling.
